Review May 2026

May 2026

In May, the children went gallery hopping in Berlin on two different days. This meant that they visited several art galleries in one day. After Gallery Weekend, May combined the special energy of new exhibitions with a calmer atmosphere. This made it the ideal time for children to experience art openly, peacefully, and with joy. During the gallery hopping tours, the children looked at many different artworks and discovered a variety of ideas, colors, and shapes.
When children saw many different artworks in one day, they learned that there is not only one correct idea. Every person sees the world differently. This encouraged openness, courage, and curiosity. That is exactly what fits the philosophy of KidsKultur: strengthening mind, body, and soul together. The children visited galleries in Berlin Mitte and on Fasanenstraße in Berlin. There, they discovered many exciting galleries with modern and classical art.
Afterwards, as always, the children created their own artworks in a gallery. They were inspired by what they had seen and expressed their own ideas creatively.
